1. Brand Products & Packaging Notice

At Gear Hike, we offer a wide range of brand-name products. Please note:

  • We have direct authorization from our suppliers to sell branded items.

  • Due to supplier arrangements, brand products may not include original tags or retail packaging.

  • All products are 100% authentic and brand-new, even if they are shipped without branded packaging or tags.

We strive to be transparent with our customers, and this policy ensures competitive pricing while maintaining authenticity.


2. Sizing Policy & Custom Confirmation

To ensure the best fit, please carefully consult the size chart before placing your order. You are responsible for selecting the correct size.

  • After your order is placed, our support specialist may contact you via server/chat/email to re-confirm sizing or obtain custom measurements.

  • We encourage you to provide accurate and complete sizing information when prompted.

⚠️ Important: Gear Hike is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect sizing provided by the customer. We do not offer returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size.


3. Returns & Exchange Policy

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged item upon delivery.

  • The product is clearly of low quality or not as described.

In such cases:

  • Contact our support team within 3 days of delivery.

  • Include clear photos and description of the issue for assessment.

  • If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer.

  • Change of mind or personal preference.


5. Product Variation & Customization

Due to lighting, screen settings, and handmade/custom processes, minor differences in product color or detailing may occur. These are not considered defects.

Custom-made items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of damage or manufacturing error.
